💰 How does pricing work with clients?

• You’re encouraged to talk with clients about pricing, confirm available budget, and align on the engagement structure (retainer vs hourly/project).
• Share one client-facing price only (this includes Malloy Industries’ margin).
• Do not break out your internal rate vs the client rate.
• If you’re unsure what to say, direct the client to Mike Malloy ([email protected]).

💸 How does invoicing and payment work?

• Malloy invoices clients on the 20th of each month for the upcoming month.
• You submit your invoice to Malloy Industries.
• Once the client’s payment clears, Malloy pays you.
• This keeps payments predictable while Malloy handles admin.

👩‍💼 What's my employment status?

• You’re an independent contractor (1099).
• Maintain full control of your schedule and scope.
